How Can severe Multiple Sclerosis Be Treated?

I am wondering why I am so tired. I have multiple sclerosis and I take the following mess. Modafinil propanolol Synthroid HRT Clonopin Copaxone probiotics B vitamins vitamin D and a couple other supplements and paxil that I just started. I have anger outbursts so my doctor wanted me to try Paxil. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. I know MS causes fatigue but I m wondering if the medications I take contribute and if I should stop something or start something new . I m sure my diet doesn t help I barely eat until dinner and I snack on junk food a lot. I exercise once a week

there is no treatment for multiple sclerosis. can take disease modifying drug inwhich the progression of disease can be slowed. interferon beta a can be taken
